I have went to this restaurant almost 10 years. I've never had an issue until now. I night food for my family and brought it home. As I started eating my eggroll, I bit into what I thought was a burnt spot. Turns out, it was a cigarette butt! I took it to show them and they denied any possibility that it got there in the restaurant. They offered me $1.50, but I just said I'd take a replacement. The woman at the counter grabbed one and threw it on the counter. Bad service, disgusting experience, I will never be back!

We eat at Hong Xing often and are never disappointed! The best Chinese Restaurant in the upstate hands down! Whenever we call in for takeout, they know our voice and have our order memorized. Friendly owners and great food! Highly recommend Hong Xing!

I can't believe you allowed a cigarette butt to enter into the egg roll and after she should it to you, you denied it and then treat her badly.I will never purchase any food or will I allow any friends or family. Next time we get a report of your conduct we'll contact the health department and BBB.

Great Chinese Food...staff is friendly and family oriented. Depends on what you get on price but very fair and you get a big portion. This is one of my main places to eat and it is the only chinesd place I choose to go to.
